About
[edit]RLCS 2026 is the fifteenth season of the Rocket League Championship Series, starting in late 2025. This season introduces new features including the inaugural Kick-Off Weekend and the integration of 2v2, extending the league to three competitive game modes. Like in 2024 and 2025, 2 splits each have 3 regional opens leading into an international major. The season concludes with the World Championship, that welcomes the best-performing teams in these events and the winners of the Last Chance Qualifiers.
The RLCS 2026 Boston Major took place in Boston, United States at Agganis Arena.
Format
[edit]- Group Stage - February 19th - 20th
- 16 teams - split into 4 groups of 4.
- Single Round Robin.
- All matches are Bo5.
- Each team plays three matches.
- Winner of each group qualifies to the Upper Bracket of the Playoffs.
- 2nd of each group qualifies to the Lower Bracket of the Playoffs.
- Places 3 and 4 of each group are eliminated.

- AFL Final Eight system.
- Top 4 of the Group Stage start with two chances before the Final Four, whereas teams ranked 5th-8th start with one chance.
